Brandyn Bair’s roots in the Roaring Fork Valley run deep. Raised on a ranch and spending his summers pouring concrete, he developed an early appreciation for hard work—and discovered a natural talent for math and science. He always knew he wanted to build a future back home in the Valley. Engineering became the clear path forward, and SGM the natural fit.
A true Western Colorado success story, Brandyn attended the Colorado School of Mines with support from an SGM scholarship (learn more about our scholarship program here). After graduation, he returned to the Roaring Fork Valley to begin his career at SGM. Over the years, he’s grown from Design Engineer to Wastewater Team Leader and Company Shareholder—helping shape the same communities that shaped him.
